Blackberry Jam time!

With all the hospital time this fall and winter, we didn't get to make our blackberry jam. Today we fixed that! We pick blackberries from around our creek to make the jam. Emma had fun learning how to make the jam and liked sampling the juice as it came out of our food mill. Then, she and daddy went and fed the skins and seeds to the chickens who loved it! Here is a picture of Emma feeding them the leftovers. Mommy took some other photos of Emma eating while we worked and will post those in a little bit.
